About me

I am a driven, accomplished Senior Marketing Leader with diverse experience delivering exceptional growth for a wide range of organisations.

Key career highlights:

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing strategy, leadership & growth programs, across a range of industries including SaaS, Law, Consulting, Media and Agency.

  • 10+ years experience of building brands; including existing brand extension, new brand builds, full scale re-brands and brand sunsets. I have deep experience in building brand awareness, authority and identities, in both B2B and B2C.

  • 8+ years of leadership experience; establishing, growing and leading diverse, high-performing global teams, as a member of the Senior Management team.

  • Deep understanding of demand generation strategies and digital channels; having established lead generation platforms seeing +200% MoM growth.

  • Established communications leader; I possess extensive experience in leading communications, PR and content strategies, both for external GTM and brand and for internal brand, communications and talent retention.

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in matrix environments; uniting different departments to execute successful campaigns & strategies.

  • Experienced senior leader, comfortable working with executive level and founders, as well as working cross-functionally to drive forward brand, marketing and communications projects.

  • Expert in balancing the need for quick results with long term goals for the marketing department and company.

  • I possess deep experience in Brand Identity and Strategy, having worked across new brands, rebrands, brand extensions and brand sunsets.

    I have led several re-branding projects, both with internal teams and external agencies.

    My experience here includes a complex, post acquisition(s) re-brand project which saw the collapse of seven companies and brands into the new house brand.

    As well as this I have consulted for SMEs on in-house rebrands, brand extensions and GTM strategies (tone of voice, channel selection etc.).

  • I have been the budget holder in my roles since 2015. I am acutely aware of how to balance resources and budget alongside marketing goals and strategy.

    Having managed teams and budgets through tough financial times, acquisitions and mergers, and in start-up, scale-up and mature companies, I’m equipped for any budgetary challenge.

  • Having led diverse teams around the world, I excel at building and managing high-performing teams and fostering a fun and transparent working environment.

    In many of my previous roles I have mentored younger team members through the early stages of their careers, into more senior roles - all while delivering on challenging business targets.
