My experience spans both B2B and B2C, as well as deeper into B2B2C. Aside from my internal, client side roles I have provided freelance consulting services to a range of businesses, leading branding projects, website transformations and full GTM, marketing and lead generation strategies.
Throughout my career, I have led teams across a range of sectors, which has enabled me to hone my skills in a way that can be applied to any business. This includes operating in heavily regulated environments, early stage start-ups, through M&A growth and company mergers.

I held the Commercial Marketing Director role at Little Dot Studios while the incumbent was on maternity leave.
Key responsibilities & achievements:
Led the Marketing, Design and Public Relations arms of Little Dot Studios as Acting Commercial Marketing Director. Was a critical member of the Senior Management Team in charge of all aspects of these departments.
Provided leadership, vision and coaching for a team of 9 people across PR, Marketing (including digital & growth teams) & Design, ensuring their success as well as personal and professional development.
Introduced an effective Sales and Marketing funnel to support departmental growth, including a growth strategy & digital marketing road-map.
Brand and design leader, working with the internal design and communications teams to extend the brand, drive brand awareness and ensure clear GTM for brand identity.
Responsible for the PR department (directly reported into me). Collaborating with the Head of PR on strategy and budget, including key campaigns, events and publication relationships.
Established a new reporting platform to understand and refine digital growth and lead generation, including relevant tracking and analytics tools to support this, such as GA4, data studio, hot-jar, etc.
Consulted on the CRM road-map with digital integration to support the company's new digital marketing strategy.

In this role I was responsible for co-managing many elements of the overall marketing department, including full set-up and ownership of the firms digital marketing platform and several key, complex projects.
Key responsibilities & achievements:
Successfully established a scalable digital marketing led growth platform, resulting in a 200%+ MoM increase in qualified leads. The digital platform was non-existent, with no real inbound MQLs or online presence. During my time I fully transformed the website and digital channels, which in turn established the Marketing Department as a key sales / revenue driver, rather than support function.
Established a new, data-driven reporting platform to ensure focus on lead quality, conversion rates and lead / client acquisition costs. Worked across Marketing and Sales to understand internal data (CLV, CLC, conversion rates etc.) as well as current lead pathways and SLAs, then worked to streamline this and ensure regular reporting and insight sharing.
Worked cross-functionally with Product and Sales to ensure targeted and result oriented client campaigns. This included new feature and product launches, new market entries, to hit new business as well as cross-sell / up-sell targets.
Led a number of crucial integration projects. These involved the sun-setting of 7+ acquisitions into the house brand, including merging brand identities, digital footprints, CRMs, lead generation strategies, clients and teams.
Co-owned full re-branding of the house brand to achieve an improved brand voice, visual identity and architecture. Took new brand to market, increasing awareness and market share.
Managed the GDPR and Legal footprint of all marketing activities. Worked with CLO to ensure all activities and technologies were compliant, and led critical projects via OneTrust.
Effectively managed and coached a team based in EMEA, UK and USA, in-person and through pandemic years, when team culture and connection were paramount.

While this role was brief, due to acquisition by Corsearch, I made a substantial impact on the firms overall marketing, sales and business approaches - including the transformation of the firms digital footprint and inbound lead platform.
Key projects and responsibilities:
Managed the integration of Pointer Brand Protection into Corsearch, leading to successful collapse of brand, team and digital footprint.
Joined as Director of Marketing, Global at a pivotal time for the company, tasked with transforming marketing department and digital platform prior to acquisition.
Drove significant growth in inbound leads by over 150% MoM through transformation of digital marketing platform.
Recognised for contributions and promoted to Senior Management Team at Corsearch.
